Elements Pro causing issues with Elementor Editer

Hello,
I have been having trouble editing pages on my site with Elementor. I have narrowed it down to the plugin Pro Elements. When this plugin is activated, I cannot edit or create new pages with Elementor. When I deactivate the plugin, I can edit with Elementor but my header and footer do not show on my website. Rather a default header and footer that do not relate to my content.
I have cleared my cache a few times so it’s not that.
Please help!!
