Email are sent to user with wrong user name

    The Email are being sent to user with the correct email address,
    But the name displayed on the email is not correct.

    For example refer the image attached

    Here the email address is support@fluppy.in

    but the user name shown on email is Vintage Rasoi , i need to change it to Fluppy Support

    Hello, Reshi,

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    Please check how emails work when our email builder is disabled (XStore > Email Builder).

    Also, check how it works when no XStore theme is activated, but a default WooCommerce theme – Storefront (Appearance > Themes).
    Let us know the results of the tests.
