Is it possible to apply a default/common header and and footer for all the transactional email templates?

A default template is available in the email builder. But I cannot find any option to apply it to other templates.

Hello,

You can import/export template, and then edit the desired parts. There is no preset for header/footer.
You can vote for new feature here – https://8theme.upvoty.com/b/xstore/email-builder-footer-template-global-template/
