Hello,
On the account creation email (customer new account), I would like to display the customer’s first name. I am trying to use the {first_name} shortcode but it is not replaced with the value, it’s empty. Same thing for the {last_name} and for the {customer_name}
Is there a problem with this?
Thank you
Hello,
Could you, please, provide us with WP Dashboard and FTP access? We’ll check the issue in more detail.

Hello
Here are the requested accesses.

Hello,
But the user does not enter the last name and first name during registration, that’s why you get the empty fields. The user is able to enter that information only once he created an account in his account area. So, don’t use the mentioned shortcodes in the New account email. You can use only email and username there.

Hello,
There is another way to create an account and receive this email. It’s by ordering for the 1st time. This is what customers usually do. They add a product to the cart and validate their order. At this time, they are asked for name, first name, address, etc. and also to create an account.
Upon validation of the order, they receive the email but the name / first name does not appear in the email.
You can test this scenario on the site by placing an order (using payment by check and free delivery in store).
Note that there are some errors on the store currently, I updated the theme to 8.0 and have had errors since. But it is still possible to add a product to the cart from the home page.
thank you for your reply
Hello,
WooCommerce default template does not include that information into account email by default and it does allow to display that even if you use email builder. Please, replace these shortcodes maybe with the username.
