Do you have spanish translations for your email themes?
Also,
How do I translate the Subject of the emails sent?

2/ Do you want to create a multilingual site? If only 1 language, just edit the Subject, for example https://gyazo.com/9dde3c9f0e487f2d727560747b3aa3d3
