The website is updated. There is another problem right now. Whenever someone places an order, it’s supposed to send an email to multiple addresses for our customer service needs. It worked fine for years, but in the past month, it’s only sending an email to 1 address. Can you advise on what’s going on?

Please check how mails work when our email builder is disabled (XStore > Email Builder).
Also, check how it works when no XStore theme is activated, but a default WooCommerce theme – Storefront (Appearance > Themes).
Let us know the results of the tests.
If the issue continues regardless of the theme being used, it suggests that the problem may not be related to the theme itself.
We recommend that you reach out to your hosting provider to review the server mail log. Additionally, it would be prudent to contact WooCommerce plugin support concurrently for further assistance – https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/
