Hi,
I’m currently using the email builder, but I’ve noticed that users are receiving emails from wordpress@ridergears.com, instead of the “From” name and email I set in WooCommerce > Emails .
How can I fix this so that users receive the emails with the correct “From” name and email as configured?

Your request about imposibility to login is not our theme issue but rather an issue caused by some of your plugins or server configuration.

1. The solution you provided doesn’t look good, as there’s now too much white space.
This issue was resolved in another topic, but after the updates, just noticed some text is hidden again. Please check.

We recommend conducting a test using the default Storefront theme to determine if the issue you are experiencing persists. The functionality in question originates from the WooCommerce plugin’s settings, rather than our theme.
Should the issue continue to occur with the default theme, it would be appropriate to contact WooCommerce plugin support for further assistance, as the matter extends beyond our theme and requires resolution from their end.

Thank you for your guidance tried different ways and find out the wordpress override the email and name. After installing https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-change-email-sender/ it fixed .
