Email Builder is “order on hold” missing??

Hello,

I would like to know how many email templates are available to get started? I have some concerns because the configuration of emails is quite fragile for me and it is missing ctrl+z. I’m not sure if I accidentally removed something important.

From my quick calculations, it seems that I am missing two templates: “order on hold” and “correios tracking code”. Can I expect that they should be available? Or is there no reason to worry?
