Hi I have email builder switched on. however the default boring woocommerce email templates are being sent out
the email builder used to work before i updated the them with the patcher. Please advice how to get working again

We apologize for the inconvenience you experienced with our theme. We have not found any evidence that the email builder in Patcher is causing the issue. It appears to be an issue on your site and we need to debug it.
We recommend that you turn OFF the developer mode under Xstore >> Dashboard >> Built-In Email Builder. This mode is intended for when you have real orders on your website and want to send your customers old emails (not broken new ones) while you are building new emails with our builder.
If the issue persists, please try disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins) that do not come bundled with XStore (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/), clear the cache of the browser, and check again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the problem.
Alternatively, we request that you provide us with the URL and temporary access to the wp-admin of your website.
This will enable us to take a closer look at your settings and provide you with a more accurate and specific solution.
To do this, please create an account via Dashboard (Users > Add new) with an administrator role and provide us with the username and password for the newly created account via the Private Content area.
Any email address can be used for the new account, it does not have to be your personal email.
Once you have completed these steps, please let us know and we will promptly review your account information and provide assistance as soon as possible.

Thank you for your response.
Have you tried to disable all 3rd party plugins and check how emails work then?
Please let us know the result.
Also, make sure that custom changes in the child theme don’t affect the work of the email builder.
If the problem is independent of plugins and custom changes in files, please record a video of the problem and your actions. Provide FTP access, then this topic will be passed to our developers.
