Email builder not sending User Name and Password for The New Account

    Hello, I hope my email find you good,

    Email builder not sending User Name and Password to the new account , email have all test put not have user name and email, also when I open any form from the email template and I try to update it, its also not work.
    for example: I want change the logo for the template when I open the template and change the logo the form not sent with logo also not send with any short code.

However, it appears that this functionality is not present on your website, which is unusual and may have been caused by the implementation of custom code.

    By default, there should be a list of all available email types, as shown here: https://prnt.sc/xmkV9MqNVqZy. We have thoroughly checked the potential locations where custom code snippets might have been added but were unable to locate the specific code that could be blocking the list of email type options.

    We kindly request your assistance in reviewing any custom code that might be affecting this functionality. Additionally, you may consider activating the local version of your website to verify if the option is available there, as the local environment typically does not include additional plugins or custom snippets.

    Hello, thanks for your replay,

    I think the Xstore using Plugin called ( Email Template Customizer for WooCommerce ) to build the Emil builder.

    may be the Theme demo have error because I use woredpres host plan from wordpress.com

    I instal : ( Email Template Customizer for WooCommerce ) free version and now all email template is working right.

Additionally, we have deactivated the plugin you had installed for creating custom email templates in WooCommerce scenarios.
