Email Builder not working well - by Sam - on WordPress WooCommerce support

    Dear Team,

    Kindly check why Email builder not working with Woocommerce and Approve New User Registration plugin.

    So no email received by any of registration or orders matters.

    Please note that we do not give a guarantee for full theme compatibility with all existing 3rd party plugins, and we can not provide support for such plugins. Sometimes, but not always, you need additionally customize the theme or plugin to make them work together. Unfortunately, it’s not possible for the author to make the theme compatible with all the existing plugins and additional customization is outside the scope of our basic support.

    Provide Correct wp-admin and FTP access, and we will check what can be done to help you.

    Hello @Sam

    We still didn’t get the correct wp-admin access so we unable to check the settings you have in dashboard. Also, it seems you have additional login system to view your web-site, could you provide such login + password as well ?

    Dear Jack,

    Thank you so much for your full explanation.

    I tried all the steps you sent and the result was as follows:

    1. Xstore emails templates worked fine with woocommece plugein. (All emails related orders).

    2. After disabling Emails builder, Approve New User Registration plugin worked fine with the emails integrated with it.

    3. When the Emails builder feature was activated, sending emails stopped completely from Approve New User Registration plugin.

    4. For your information, Approve New User Registration plugin using to register a new subscriber, as client receives an email when requesting registration and another email when activating his account or refusing to open an account and other emails, all of which are related to registration.

    The question is how can I create a new email template with Email builder and link it to functions (for example, when activating the account or when freezing the account, etc.)?

    By the way: I asked the hosting service to check the FTP account, and they said it is working fine and has already been used to access and download files. Please continue using it for further customization required.
