    Hi,

Apologies if there is some documentation on this, but I can’t find any.

Can elements of the email builder on one email be used in other email templates? It’s very time consuming to build the headers and footers (with all the colours, fonts, links and so on) for a single email template, and I assume there’s a way of importing the basic template into other types of templates, but I can’t find it.

i.e. I’ve built an ‘new account’ template, how do I import those elements into ‘processing order’, ‘customer note’, etc.?

    With many thanks,

    –Gary

    Hello,

We don’t have the option to Import/Export sections only but you can Import/Export whole the template https://prnt.sc/1dw1v20 and then edit it according to your needs.

    Hi Olga,

Many thanks for your quick response. Not a terribly efficient method either way to be honest, as the exported/imported data would still require additional editing for every template.

A header/footer template common to every email template would save a lot of time for the developer. But I understand that the email builder a relatively new feature, perhaps you take take it onboard as a feature suggestion?

    Thanks as always 🙂

    –Gary.
