Email builder template missing for gift cards

Hello there.
I’m having a problem creating email templates.
I have a gift card plugin which the email builder is recognizing 1 of the 2, and I would need to extract the information from the gift card so that it recognizes the information. For example
“{giftcard_from} Send you a Gift”
When i use {giftcard_from} The email does not recognize the information.

Please note that we do not give a guaranty for full theme compatibility with all existing 3rd party plugins. Sometimes, not always, you need additionally customize the theme or plugin to make them work together. Unfortunately, it’s not possible for the author to make the theme compatible with all the existing plugins and additional customization is outside the scope of our basic support.

We would like to inform you that our Email Builder contains a WC Hook element that can be used, for example – https://www.8theme.com/topic/including-identity-number-in-emails-and-invoices/ . Alternatively, you can request assistance from the plugin on how to do this correctly.
