    already i created new Email Builder Templates but after Xstore update not Showing templates edited , so kindly solve this issue immediately,

    customer order mail not viewing I’m edited new look …

    Hello,

    Theme update should not cause any errors with the Email builder.
    What version of the theme did you use before the update? Have you installed an additional plugin or edited files?
    Provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access, so we can take a closer look.

    Hello,

    Sorry for the delay in answering.
    There is js error that comes from an additional plugin on your site – https://prnt.sc/1wtgjvt .
    Disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that do not come bundled with XStore https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ , clear cache of browser, and check then. Enable plugins one by one to find out what combination of plugins caused the problem.

    We do not give a guaranty for full theme compatibility with all existing 3rd party plugins. Sometimes, not always, you need additionally customize the theme or plugin to make them work together. Unfortunately, it’s not possible for the author to make the theme compatible with all the existing plugins and additional customization is outside the scope of our support.

    Hello,

    Contact WooCommerce Advanced product labels plugin author and ask them to fix the JS error related to plugin. Reply back to us if you still have the problem with the builder once the mentioned error https://prnt.sc/1wtgjvt is fixed. We are not able to fix the problems of third-party plugins.
