Email Customizer isn’t working on User Password Reset

Hello,

We are getting a plain text email when sending a new password request and not the email template from the email customizer. How can we use the email templates so this email format looks like the other templates?

Someone has requested a password reset for the following account:

Site Name: US Supply House

Username: hotdogoneright

If this was a mistake, ignore this email and nothing will happen.

Could you, please, provide us with temporary WP Dashboard and FTP access to your site to check the issue in more detail?
