Email not working due to "Redux Framework" Plugin

We have three forms where customer input name, phone, email, etc. and the information is emailed to us. However, we have stopped receiving emails when someone completes the form. I’m fully sure that problem occurs due to “Redux Framework” plugin when i deactivated plugin then i received mail but when i activated plugin then mail did not come.

Hello,

Ok, let’s check your settings first.
Enable Redux plugin and go to Theme Options > Contact form > make sure that you set correct email there http://prntscr.com/slm7zt

If it does not help then provide us with:
1) Mail error log (contact your hosting provider to get this)
2) WP Dashboard access
3) FTP access.

mail issue has been fixed. thanks for same

I have another concern regarding mail send mail id
when i was doing theme activation process then unfortunately used a dummy mail id named “test@gmail.com”
now which mail comes from server showing this mail id in mail inbox. can we change that mail id

WooCommerce > Settings > Emails > Email sender options > “From” address
