Hi:
Email notifications are been sent blank, without any content.
I’m using an smtp plugin and when i sent a test (either from xstore mail builder or system is sending fine).
So, I think translations (made with wpml) could be the issue here.

Well, its xstore mail builder not sending the messages. You should check it first to be sure it is indeed wpml compatible.
I don’t know if you remember, but i created a ticket before to understand how this can be accomplished (translating emails) and it was you that taught me how to do it and even posted that info on your documentation, so please, take a look before dismissing the issue so easily.

2/ In english version you chose each email for each type of emails -> https://prnt.sc/zStKO2wWkoEg but in translated emails this options is not selected -> https://prnt.sc/EsOwSUfao3Qq . Option to select -> https://prnt.sc/qHCIKrocx_iY
Good way of translation Emails in in next steps:
1/ Edit original email (in your case En language)
2/ Find in right sidebar area next options of WPML ( https://prnt.sc/pO6hvLspjRNu )
3/ Click duplicate button
4/ If you want to edit your translated version independently of origin one then click the button in WMPL (translate independently) -> https://prnt.sc/VAhMP24vzWwr -> https://prnt.sc/UC2vYWj9j41G
5/ Edit text of your-translated-language in the same structure it was in origin version -> https://prnt.sc/akpS1zTSCDNY and select the type of this translated email in right sidebar -> https://prnt.sc/exOqyGXoVrP8
6/ Result of correct way translated email -> https://prnt.sc/U2BV1qnLm9Fk
Recommendations for you are next:
1/ You may remove your translated versions (with empty content) and make them in next way described above
or
2/ Edit your translations but add content manually due to your imagination of email and select for what type of email each one will be related -> https://prnt.sc/exOqyGXoVrP8

Ok, thanks. Documentation is not very clear. Please add this to documentation.
Shoud I change “Apply to biiling countries” as well for the translations or the emails are sent according to language in wich user made the purchase?

We didn’t check this but it should be sent automatically according to the language purchase was made in. You may create a few test orders in different languages and check them from your side.
