Hello, I hope you are well
1- The size part in the email is gray and no matter what I tried, I couldn’t make it white?
2- Is it compatible with WPML and can I design for 4 languages?
.hx {
color: #ffffff !important;
}
I was able to fix it with the code above, please tell me if there is a more basic way
thanks

Hello, I hope you are well

I also used the code below, but there is still a problem with new orders and the size color does not show white
Hello @MAHDAR
For better understanding, please, provide us the URL of the page where you need us to help you.
Kind regards, Jack Richardson
When a customer places an order, for example, she buys a size 40 shoe, an email is sent to the customer, but the color of the size is black, I want it to be white.
Dear @MAHDAR,
We hope this message finds you well.
Upon reviewing the issue you reported regarding the inability to change the color of attributes in WooCommerce, we have attempted several solutions to address this concern. Unfortunately, these efforts have not yielded successful results. The primary challenge arises because the WooCommerce plugin outputs the attributes without any HTML wrapper, which would allow for CSS modifications. You can view the issue as demonstrated in this screenshot: https://prnt.sc/p7Q76M63Xwnz.
We have explored a few potential fixes, as illustrated in the following screenshot: https://prnt.sc/EK0PEIiIw3xH. However, these attempts have not been successful.
Given these circumstances, we kindly request that you contact WooCommerce support for potential solutions to modify the attribute colors in your emails. Should you receive a viable solution, we would greatly appreciate it if you could share it with us. This will enable us to assist other clients who might face similar issues in the future.
Thank you for your attention to this matter. We look forward to your response and hope for a prompt resolution.
Best Regards,
Jack Richardson

Hello, I hope you are well
I sent a ticket to WooCommerce and you can check the result above
Dear @MAHDAR,
Thank you for reaching out to us. We appreciate your patience and understand your concerns regarding the issue you are experiencing.
Could you please confirm if the problem persists when the Email Builder in XStore theme is deactivated? If the issue is not present with the default templates, we will escalate this matter to our development team to explore the best possible solutions for correcting the color of product attributes.
To assist us further, we kindly request that you provide a screenshot of the email results using the default templates. This will help ensure that we are addressing the correct issue.
However, if the problem also occurs with the default templates, we encourage you to contact WooCommerce support to report the incorrect styles and seek their advice.
Thank you for your cooperation. We look forward to resolving this matter efficiently.
Best regards,
Jack Richardson

Thanks, I made the background color white.
Why does the email page scroll so much?
Dear @MAHDAR,
We hope this message finds you well.
We would like to inform you that we have not encountered the issue you mentioned with the emails sent from your website on our devices. Could you please confirm if this issue persists with each email template? Additionally, it would be helpful to know if you have had the opportunity to test this on other devices as well.
We look forward to your response.
