    Dear XStore Support Team,

I hope this email finds you well. My name is Rosa, and I recently purchased support for the XStore theme as I am encountering some challenges with my website following the latest theme updates. After the last update.

I am currently in the process of troubleshooting and optimizing my website, which involves addressing several issues. I have noticed a delay in the loading time of the shopping cart, and most importantly, I am not receiving registration or contact emails despite utilizing different forms. The purchase-related form is from the XStore theme, and the contact form is powered by Caldera Forms.

    Please, contact administrator
    for this information.

    Hello, Rosadepaz,

Thank you for reaching out to the XStore Support Team.
Please accept our apologies for the delay in responding to your inquiry.

We have encountered an issue with the access credentials you provided; currently, we are unable to access your Dashboard. To proceed, we kindly request that you assign an administrator role to the user in question.

Additionally, we have identified several areas that require your attention:

    1. We have observed errors in the browser console after adding a product to the cart. You can view these errors via the following link: https://prnt.sc/db4SiuESJL3S. We recommend investigating the source of these errors, which may stem from a third-party plugin or custom code.

    2. We would appreciate it if you could verify the functionality of emails when the Storefront (the default WooCommerce theme) is activated on your site. Should the issue persist irrespective of the theme, we advise reaching out to your hosting provider and WooCommerce support for further assistance.

    3. It is important to note that each additional plugin may slightly reduce site performance and potentially lead to compatibility issues. We suggest conducting a test by deactivating all third-party plugins to observe site behavior. Subsequently, reactivate the plugins one by one to identify any specific conflicts.

For your reference, our support policy is outlined here: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/support/support/. Our team is equipped to assist with queries that are directly related to our theme only.

For a more efficient resolution process, please submit distinct questions through separate threads on our support forum: https://www.8theme.com/forums/xstore-wordpress-support-forum/. This will enable us to provide you with the fastest possible answers.

We appreciate your cooperation and look forward to resolving these issues.

    Kind Regards,
    8theme team

    Dear Support Team,

I hope this message finds you well. Thank you for your previous responses. I wanted to inquire specifically about the list of plugins that come with the theme I have purchased, as I am looking to streamline and optimize my website’s performance by eliminating unnecessary plugins.

Is there a detailed list available of the plugins integrated into my theme? Any information you can provide on this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you in advance for your attention and assistance with this inquiry.

    Best regards,

    Rosa

    Dear, Rosadepaz,

    Thank you for your response.

Here you can find a list of plugins – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/
Only 3 plugins are required, others can be activated or deactivated depending on your needs.
Currently, a lot of plugins are activated on your site, which slows it down, so please follow recommendations from our previous response, and disable plugins that you do not really use.

WP Rocket plugin support should be able to help you find the best settings to speed up the site (all options of the plugin should not be activated at the same time, it is required to find a correct combination of settings that will not conflict with your site content and additional plugins and give best speed test results).

    About the speed test https://gtmetrix.com/ results – https://prnt.sc/_SrFcGNIpILx :
    – Eliminate render-blocking resources – you may try solutions described here https://onlinemediamasters.com/eliminate-render-blocking-resources-wordpress/
    – Avoid an excessive DOM size – read these posts about DOM https://docs.wp-rocket.me/article/1412-avoid-an-excessive-dom-size
    https://isotropic.co/avoid-an-excessive-dom-size-on-your-wordpress-website/ Edit your page and Product elements and enable Ajaxify for the Product elements https://prnt.sc/HzYeSqzHBWKo . It should reduce the DOM structure. Also, you may try to reduce the DOM results on the page by reducing the number of sections of the page/elements in the footer or header;
    – Avoid long main-thread tasks – https://gtmetrix.com/avoid-long-main-thread-tasks.html
    – Avoid large layout shifts – https://gtmetrix.com/avoid-large-layout-shifts.html

We hope this information is helpful.

    Kind Regards,
    8theme team
