    HI

    Since I have used wpml for english and chinese

    I found the chinese (Language) email of order confirmation

    woocommerce/templates/emails/customer-processing-order.php

    which is not all translation
    e.g Shipping Address … Billing Address
    which is still show english string

    1) do you have any new template for me ?

    Please check if the issue persists with default WordPress theme too. If so you need contact Woocommerce support team concerning this issue.
