1, 2, 3/ Please check how emails work when XStore > Built-in Email Builder is disabled.
Check how it works with the default theme – Storefront activated.
Let us know the results.
4/ Usually this means that the mail address you provided in the “To” or “From” field (i.e. the destination address for the form) is incorrectly written or missing.
If you really only wrote [your-name] in the From: field, that’s where the problem is: You need a valid email address in there, not just a name.

Provide temporary wp-admin access, so we can take a closer look.
5/ There is no such option, by default. You can maybe find a plugin that can provide this functionality, but we did not test such plugins officially so can’t recommend them. Try to contact the support of WooCommerce to get advice. Please note that we do not give a guarantee for full theme compatibility with all existing 3rd party plugins.
6/Why do you think there should be a such button? Did you see it on our demos? As I can see, it works in the same way even with the Storefront theme – https://prnt.sc/RGhucLh4ExIg (this theme is the official theme of the WooCommerce plugin). So, there is no such button in our theme or in WooCommerce, by default. Maybe support of the WC plugin will give you some advice.
