Emails on spam - by Piotr - on WordPress WooCommerce support

    Hi, since i’ve changed WordPress Theme from old one to XStore and started to use email Builder, part of emails sent from my store (via gmail) drop to Spam.

    Do you have any experience with this topic?
    Can you help me?

    Hello,

    No, we did not get such issue. What type of emails goes to Spam? Can you confirm that if you switch back to Storefront theme (default WooCommerce theme) and try to send email again you get it?

    Hi, yes only emails from your email builder goes to spam.
    Those are purchase confirmation emails…
