Hello there i hope that you are having a good day
when a customer sign up to the website he doesn’t receive any email and the same thing happens when making an order
at the same time when i am changing the order status the website suppose to send an email to the customer which never happen
i applied stmp service as temporary solution and i am saying temporary cause its sending to the spam folder in the customer email
so if there is any chance to fix that i will be grateful

Emails are the default WooCommerce option. Do you have the mentioned issue while any other WordPress theme is activated? Storefront for example?

Hi, I have the same problem. Administrators receive the notification email about new order, but the customer does not receive anything. I can sen only notifications manually after reviewing the order.
Abdullah, did you finally solve it? If yes, then how? I would appreciate your help.
Just an update, in my case I realised that only HTML emails to customer are not received. Plain text emails work fine.
