Emergency- Theme update caused site to clash.

    I updated your theme and caused my site to crash.Could you please help?

    Hello,

    As I can see, your site working now (but I can’t see theme version because of autoptimize). Have you solved the problem or restored the backup?
    In the latest update was added a Core plugin that is required. You can download the plugin here – https://www.8theme.com/downloads/ to install it manually via FTP or go to Appearance > Install plugins > WooPress Core plugin (install and activate).
    If you need help with the update, provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access.

    I have restored the backup and installed the WooPress core plugin.

    Hello,

    WooPress Core plugin should be used with the latest version of the theme.
    Is the problem solved? If you need assistance, provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access. Also, disable a cache plugin on the site.
