Good morning!
I have this issue: now and then (lately more and more often) my customers calls me complaining that when they click on “Purchase” the cart remains empty.
I generally advice them with cache cleaning and also I usually follow this:

This “temporal solution” sometimes works, sometimes not.
For example, yesterday there was nothing to do: it was impossibile for my customer to add something in the cart, saying that “when it is time to checkout, the cart is empty, and going back and click again “Purchase” is not working”
I need some advice about this issue 🙂

BUT IS IT STILL NOT WORKING.
PLEASE note that this problem affects about 20% of my customers, I don’t know way, seems to be random.

Thanks for the topic.
I’ve checked your site in Chrome and Safari, unfortunately, I can’t recreate the problem.
Please describe me step by step how recreate the problem.
Also, try to disable all 3-rd plugins > clear cache and check the problem. Do you face inconvenience with “Add to cart” when a default WC theme – Storefront activated on your site?

Unfortunately, I can’t reproduce the issue neither, because never occurred to me. But yesterday a customer (by phone) was telling me the issue.
I check as you said and see if something changes!
