Enabling Smart Manager and Smart Product Viewer caused the website problem.

    Hello there,
    by enabling Smart Manager and Smart Product Viewer the theme crashed.
    this is for the second time that the theme crashed by starting use of a plugin.
    Please help soon.
    if you think that I have not installed the theme correctly please let me know what to do.
    if you suggest to reinstall or anything I am open to that because now I don’t have any user or customer.

    Why there is too many hours of delay for answering?! it cause me financial loss!!
    Don’t you consider the down time!?

    Hello,

    Take our apologies for the delay. It’s related to a number of requests that we got from our users.

    You used the Product element on the page http://prntscr.com/oy95fq but did not choose the product to show it caused the fatal error on the frontend. If you use Massive Addons element for the products or categories make sure that you chose the products or categories in the list that you want to show.

    Many thanks for the answer, what did you do to fix it?
    Please let me know how to do the same while I can not reach you, the delay will cause me financial loss for website busy time and I will lose customer, so if I got access teach me to fix these kind of trouble. I have so many users working on UI so this bug is not avoidable and may happen again although I’ll warn them all about what you mentioned.
    what should I do if it happened again?
    this time I ran the setup of the theme and it did not work either.
    meanwhile I wanted to ask you please take a close look at the site and let me know if I installed the theme correctly and I am using its complete ability and nest performance.

    Hello,

    Just go to Pages > edit page where you faced this error. Find Product element in the page content and either remove it or edit the element and choose the product that you want to show there http://prntscr.com/oy95fq

    Hello,

    Go to Appearance > Widgets > After the products area, you can delete content from this area or edit the content of the mentioned static block.

    Hello,

    Do you use the default version of the theme http://prntscr.com/p0rf74 ? Go to Pages > edit front page > edit the Slider items http://prntscr.com/p0rfo0

    Hello, I have a serious trouble, the Thanks page which is order received return 404:

    please help, my costumers do not see their order submitted but the order is shown at the back-end.

    Hello,

    Go to Settings > Permalinks > choose the Post name type instead of Plain http://prntscr.com/p1b98z Also, contact your hosting provider and make sure that your server settings suit the Post name type of the permalinks.
