HI everybody, just finished installing the theme and Engineer demo content – all was done through theme installation wizard. There 2 issues though:

    1. The menu goes into the second line, please see the screenshot: http://imgur.com/a/kKzGf

    2. When I go to Woo Products I see 6 products, but they don’t seem to be belonging to Engineer demo, but rather to fashion-related theme, please see the screenshot: http://imgur.com/a/yNgno

How do I get the products related to Egineer demo into my installation?

    3. The slider on the Engineer home page – it appears to be a slider that slides woo products but I don’t have images int he slide, please take a look at the screeenhot: http://imgur.com/a/Jc31A

Can you please address those 3 items and let me know how to fix them?

    Thank you!

    Hello,

    1) Go to Theme Options > General > Secondary Menu > Off if you don’t plan to use the secondary menu.
    2) We provide just demo products like an example. I think no matter what products come with demo content, you will replace them by your own, no?
    3) You need to upload your own images for the products.

Anyway, I have uploaded few images for your like an example.

    Regards

sure I will replace them, but for aesthetics it is nice to have images imported too. Thanks for providing them. It is very useful when client doesn’t provide images in the first stage of development, so I can show him a better mockup of the site.
Of course I can use my own images for this purpose, but having images imported saves time in this regard.

    Thanks for understanding.

    Hello,

Yes, sure we understand you. We use placeholders to avoid problems with import because real images have a big size and it takes more time to import them during demo content import. Sometimes server of our clients have the time limit and then users don’t get any images. Placeholder is very light and is imported in a second.

Anyway, let me know if you need any other help.

    Regards
