Eorror cart for guest user i header - by chyj82

    I’m using wocommerce and theme “legenda”. I had a some problem follow.
    When admin login everything is fine. But, when logout error cart for guest user in header.
    It is same problem my website and legenda theme site : https://www.8theme.com/demo/legenda/
    Please refers follow image.

    The cart in header fine when click some menu but when click some menu wrong that soem time fine and some time shown item already remove and some time empty even though didn’t remove the item.
    I think this problem from not only cache. The reason that no problem another theme when use same PC.
    For example)

    Our demo site uses old version of the theme and plugins.
    You need update Revolution Slider and Visual Composer plugins to the latest versions https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/

    Did you make any changes in original theme files?
    There is no such issue on our test site.
    Please provide us with FTP credentials.

    Thank you for your help. I’ll do that. However, why you deactivate plugin “wp super cache”?.
    There is some problem? I can’t use the plugin when using legenda theme?

    I’ve deactivated it because the content is cached and it’s difficult to check any changes if the site is cached.

    I can’t check that the issue solved or not. Because, there is more problem that when i click some main menu downloaded some file insted go to the page. I don’t know why appear this problem because i didn’t do anything. Do you know about it? Please help me.

    I’ve edited permalinks settings and set “new-arrival” for Product category base as this page is used as Shop page in Woocommerce settings.
    Please clear your browser cache and check again.

    Thank you for your help. However, The issue not solved yet. Of course, I delete cache all browser that chrome, safari, Firefox. But, when using guest user and click main menu that HOME, NEW ARRIVAL, HEEL… downloaded some file instead go to the page. Again i’m very appereciate for your help. I would like to help me again for this issue.

    Hello,

    The problem is in your .htaccess file.
    I’ve renamed it to .htaccess_old via FTP and created default WordPress .htaccess file.
    Please check the site.

    First of all, Thank you for your help. The issue solved that downloaded some file instead go the page when click main menu for guest user. I’m very appreciate for you about it. However, The another issue didn’t solved that error cart in heade for guest user. Currently always appear 4 item where cart in header when click main menu. Of course empty cart page. Even though appear 4 item when i remove item where cart in header. This problem same appear another PC and another browser. Please check it guest user and click main menu and remove item where cart in header.

    We’ve tested your site with default Legenda theme and didn’t see any problem with removing items in cart. Please check it.

    Hello

    I activate patent LEGENDA theme. And visit guest user. But, the issue didn’t solved currently.
    Of course, I delete all browser cache befer add to cart. I add to cart some prodcut. Cart page alwase fine. But, Cart in header some time fine and some time wrong. Please refers follow image.





    Please check again and help for soved this issue. I don’t understand that always everythig is fine when admin user but, guest user always error cart in header.
    Please help me.

    I’m test another browser and another PC. I think there is some problem yet. Because, Your company another theme demo :https://www.8theme.com/demo/blanco-wo/shop/
    It is no problem same PC and notebook.

    But legenda theme demo: https://www.8theme.com/demo/legenda/
    Same problem as like my website currently.
    Please check it again.

    Hello,

    Thank you for your help. Everything is fine now. I’m very appericate for your patence and help.
    However, When if disabled cashe, should be my website loading speed down? I checked my website speed at http://pagespeedgrader.com/. The result donw speed about aroun 10% than before. There is not possible speed up my website? I can’t use plugin like “wp-super-cache”? And If i want enable cache, What can i do?

    Hello,

    Slow site load can be caused by 3rd-party plugins. Try to disable them and check time load after that.
    Also it can be caused by server limits that are enabled on your host. In this case you need increase your hosting plan.
