Erro message on backend and frontend and website very slow

Hi there. I tried wp rocket as cache plugin, but it made no difference in terms of Google pagespeed, the scores didn’t change. I eliminated but now i have an error message on the top of my backend and frontend, also my website is so slow i don´t know what to do more. Can you assist please

We couldn’t see any error messages in your backend anymore. Did you sort it out?

Yes i manage to resolve the error message. But i still have problems in my website. My initial page is broken, i don´t know if it is because of WP Rocket options or another thing else. Can you check it please?

ok. But why is my website so slow with WP rocket? It´s the backend and the frontend. Can you please check what is going on to make it so slow?
