Hello
Since updating the Xstore template and plugin, we have encountered a 404 error problem in admin and 503 in front. Our site generates a lot of PHP processes and saturates the resources of our hosting account. I deactivated all the plugins and replaced the templates, but when I reactivate Xtore the problem returns. I uploaded the theme and plugin via FTP but nothing happened. Would it be possible for you to tell us about the problem and how to fix it please?
Hello, Chris0483,
Thank you for contacting us and for using XStore.
Please: – contact your hosting provider and ask server error log;
– install Query Monitor and check its info;
– https://prnt.sc/5feRnLAJ6cVm – contact support of Elementor https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/elementor/ ;
– provide us with FTP access, so we can check the situation more deeply.
To create FTP access (FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, FTP encryption) , please contact your hosting provider for assistance.
Kind Regards,
8theme team
Hello
I’m back to you and issue seems to come from your template. I disabled it and everything works again. If I reactivate it the site crashes intermittently depending on the pages that we open in front and in admin.
Can you check that please ?
Best regards
Chris
Hello, Chris0483,
We appreciate your prompt response.
We want to check it for this we need your cooperation:
– please contact your hosting provider and ask server error log. We need to check this log, without you, we can’t get it from your hosting provider.
– https://prnt.sc/5feRnLAJ6cVm – this screenshot was done on your site, please help us to help you and contact the support of the mentioned Elementor plugin.
– provide us with FTP access, so we can check the situation more deeply. Without FTP access we can’t do much.
Thank you for your cooperation and we look forward to hearing from you soon.
Kind Regards,
8theme team
Hello Sir
I have contacted Elementor but no problem on their side.
I give you access to cpanel and FTP you can check all.
Best regards
Chris
Hello, Chris0483,
1/ https://prnt.sc/BZoh0DnCxsnN – contact your hosting provider to fix it or increase Maximum Execution Time as described here – https://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-fix-fatal-error-maximum-execution-time-exceeded-in-wordpress/
2/ We can’t check WooCommerce > Status > Logs, it shows 404 (screenshot in the Private Content area), via FTP there is no log file at all.
Because of this, we asked you 2 times about the server error log – https://prnt.sc/I0MyNb6nU3Kg
3/ It seems that you (or your server) made some modifications in htaccess file → https://prnt.sc/lbrsvW0KayuG that could create such issues you describe in topic.
4/ Also some modifications were made in wp-config.php file → https://prnt.sc/9ysraa0jb3TY the same date ( Screenshot )
Did you install any plugins that could make such changes in files? Or maybe your hosting did some updates? Please, try to find answers on our questions and fix the server requirements mentioned above.
Kind Regards,
8theme team
