Error after server migration - by Joost van Kempen

Dear Support,

After migrating to another server the following error appears on the product page:
Warning: getimagesize(https://8theme.b-cdn.net/home/bertplantagie.nl/public_html/wp-content/uploads/eetkamerstoel-amie-sfeer-1-300×300.jpg): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/bertplantagie.nl/public_html/new/wp-content/themes/bertplantagie/framework/images.php on line 123

The error appears after activating the product hover image. For example on the page: http://new.bertplantagie.nl/productcategorie/stoelen/eetkamerstoelen/.

I’ve reuploaded all files, even replaced all files with files from a fresh wordpress install and royal theme. Unfortunately no succes. Any idea how to fix this?

Hello,

We’re unable to connect to FTP. Do you have any restrictions?
Also this link new.bertplantagie.nl/wp-admin doesn’t work.
Please check if you uploaded all images into /public_html/new/wp-content/uploads directory.

Hello Eva,

Both admin link and FTP work for me. Perhaps you could try http://new.bertplantagie.nl/wp-login.php for the adminlink?

The FTP is working as well, no restrictions. Please see the private content area for additional information.

Hello,

Sorry, but we still can’t connect to FTP. There is an error:
Response: 530 IP access denied.

Please check your .htaccess file if there are no any restrictions.

Apologies, I need to Whitelist either your country or ip 🙂 Could you please tell me one of these?

Edit: At your contact page I see you’re based in London. I’ve whitelisted UK, could you please try again?
