    When my client is going to pay he gets an error.
    “An error occurred while processing your order. Award any charges to your payment method and review your order history before resubmitting your order.”
    Site is not going to the success page but the order is being submitted.

    Files is visible for topic creator and
    support staff only.

    Please temporarily activate the Storefront theme (Appearance > Themes) and check how it works with this default WooCommerce theme.

    We recommend that you disable all third-party plugins that are not included with XStore
    (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/). After doing so, please clear your browser’s cache and check again. It is possible that one of these additional plugins is causing compatibility issues with our theme.

    If this doesn’t help, please provide us with a video of your actions and the problem + temporary wp-admin, and FTP access.

    To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

    For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.

    At localhost it works all good 100%.
    Online is the problem.

    BAsically i realized that general the submit buttons are not working online.At localhost is all good.

    The problem is caused by 3rd-party plugin – https://prnt.sc/b_YmdhJ5yLht

    Please note that we do not give a guarantee for full theme compatibility with all existing 3rd party plugins. Sometimes, not always, you need additionally customize the theme or plugin to make them work together. Unfortunately, it’s not possible for the author to make the theme compatible with all the existing plugins and additional customization is outside the scope of our basic support.

    We can’t provide support for plugins of other developers. Thank you for understanding.

    Anyway if wp-mail is the problem how it works 100% good at local?

    We do not have access to your local. But you can do a simple test, disable the mentioned plugin, and check how Checkout works then. If the issue persists, let us know.
