the importation doesn’t show anything or shows the error message in the subject

To assist us in understanding the issue you are experiencing more clearly, could you please provide a screenshot or a video capture of the problem? You may upload the file to a file-sharing service, such as WeTransfer (https://wetransfer.com/), and share the URL with us.
Additionally, we would be grateful if you could create temporary wp-admin access for us. Please share the access details through the private content area. This will enable us to review your settings thoroughly and provide more targeted assistance.
We also kindly recommend that you perform a complete backup of your site before proceeding with these steps.
