Error display on safari, chrome and internet explorer

I need an urgent solution. The website with the theme Royal is not in the safari browser, chrome and internet explorer. If it looks correct in Firefox.

for this information.

Hello,

We can’t access wp-admin panel. Please check the credentials.
Please update the theme to the latest version.
Before update delete “woocommerce” folder in the directory wp-content/themes/royal/ and it’ll be reuploaded from a new theme package.
Also update all required plugins https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ .

Don’t forget to create back up of your files and database before starting update process!

(it’s for Legenda theme but the process is the same).

I downloaded: WooCommerce Version 2.3.13
and created a fatal error and the web is not seen in Firefox either.
I need your urgent help
