Error displaying all pages - by Lu Tan Tan

    Currently, I have a display error.
    When I load my website or any page(home, shop, product,…), all the content is messed up and shows an error for 1-2 seconds before it stabilizes again. I tried turning the “Site preloader” option on and off in General / Layout but it didn’t work.
    You can see the image below, I tried on several PC and Phone and both have the same error.

    Hello,

    Try to disable all the third-party plugins, that do not come bundled with our theme https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ , and check how pages load then.
    Did you make changes in the theme files?

    No result. Before i was using other theme, i moved to your theme.
    I never change anything in theme files.

    Hello,

    1) I don’t see the problem with home page loading https://gyazo.com/253f66c9615484c4d8800f421f8874ad
    2) You have installed and activated WooCommerce Infinite Scroll and Ajax Pagination. Did you set up the correct selectors according to documentation https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/woocommerce-infinite-scroll-and-ajax-pagination-settings/ ? Disable plugin if you don’t need Infinite Scroll

    OK. It’s working. Thank you.
    I checked the plugins, I know the cause is from the wp-rocket plugin. It is an important plugin for my web. But the current situation is that I cannot use it anymore, it is a paid plugin.

    While using I use it, I need to use many plugins.
    You said I disable other plugins (i had to delete some plugins before ),
    In fact, it’s not comfortable and the guest services could not be used.
    I offer a refund and you can suspend and delete my theme license.
    That could be good for both.

    Hello,

    Our theme includes a number of plugins but only 4 of them are required + WooCommerce if you want to sell the products https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/
    All the other plugins are just additional plugins that you may disable if you don’t plan to use their functionality. That’s why during the setup wizard you have a choice to install additional plugins or not http://prntscr.com/p13qsx

    Also, today we plan to release a new theme update that speeds up theme a lot.

    Your message is not very clear. What exactly is not comfortable and what guest services could not be used?
