HI some times when I do changes in page and update its gives me below error please let me know how can i solve it

You need to contact your hosting provider about this issue.
Ask them to check and also provide server error logs. Error logs will explain what causes that issue.

I have installed xstore on stagging and my live website using other theme i never got this error on my live site so i think its related to theme

A lot of our customers use XStore without any problem. To be able to give you a solid reply, we need to get information from your server error log.
As a rule, such problems independent of the theme and can be solved from the server-side. Please contact your hosting provider about this issue.

We don’t have deal with the server settings. We are able to help you only in case error appears in theme files. You may try to submit request to the WPKraken team. But server settings are the hosting provider supoort responsibility.

My hosting providers are inmotion they checked multiple times and ensure me that all database and server settings are correct……do you think it can be plugin issue since it mostly come when editing through Wpbakery page builder

but it can be due to plugin too above article also states that since inmotion team have checked multiple times and my other website is working fine on same server

If some plugin requires more resources than your server allows you can also face the mentioned issue. Full server error logs should explain what resources are reached. You provided just a limited part of the error messages, I can just see that error is not related to theme files.

Theme support is able to help you with Theme options and errors that are related to our theme files. Issues related to server settings are outside the scope of our support, unfortunately. So, ask them to check the server error logs and tell you the reason of the errors there and fix the issues related to server settings and limits.
