I bought your theme today and encountered a lot of errors while installing. It doesn’t automatically install plugins. It’s funny that I had such a problem from day one. I request you to help me urgently.

Hello, Enderkadir,
Thank you for getting in touch with us.
You have a lot of 3rd party plugins installed on your site, one of them can be the reason for the problem with import.
Before running the demo content import, please disable 3rd party plugins first. Here you can find a list of required plugins – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ , then go to XStore > Import demos.
Also, we are facing a 503 error. 503 Service Unavailable – this server error response code indicates that the server is not ready to handle the request. Common causes are a server that is down for maintenance or that is overloaded. Please contact your hosting provider and ask for assistance from their side.
This https://prnt.sc/a_CVlAm8_Ht5 also should be fixed from the hosting provider side.
Kind Regards,
8theme team
Hello,
I deleted all the plugins and when I tried to install it, I got the same errors again.
If I ask you, can you perform the theme installation that I have mentioned? I have shared the admin login information with you.

Hello, Enderkadir,
We’ve imported demo content. Please check.
It is recommended to run import on a fresh WordPress installation.
For this, you can use the WordPress Database Reset plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/wordpress-database-reset/
The plugin can be used to remove all the existing content and install a new version from scratch.
Also, we can see errors from WooCommerce on your site. Please check the Private Content area.
Kind Regards,
8theme team
