I’m having a problem with the checkout.
I have the shipping zones configured so that when I reach the minimum amount of 30 euros, there is free shipping. So far, everything is fine.
The problem is that if I add more than 7 products, it removes the free shipping and says that the shipping must be paid. I have not created any rule that should do that.
I have deactivated the plugins related to woocommerce such as free gift or gift card and it still forces paid shipping after adding more than 7 products when it should be free.

Do you have this problem when another theme is activated, for example – Storefront?
Go to Appearance > Themes > Install and activate Storefront (default WooCommerce theme) to test this and let us know the result.

Hi i deactivate everything except xstore
and i keep getting the same error.
When i add 7 or plus product, the same problem,
The free shipping disapears.
