    Please go to Appearance > Themes > Install and activate the official WooCommerce theme Storefront for a few mins and check if your issue appears with our theme only or with the default WooCommerce theme too.

    Thank you for the response.

    Please record videos of the problem and of the correct work with Storefront. Upload them on a filesharing service and provide the URL via the Private Content area, please.

    Also, provide temporary wp-admin access.
    To provide wp-admin access, you can create a new user account with administrator role via the Dashboard, and provide us with the username and password via the Private Content area.

    Thank you for the temporary wp-admin access.

    1/ We need videos still.

    2/ In order to troubleshoot the issue you are experiencing, we suggest that you first try disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins) that are not bundled with XStore. You can refer to the following link for a list of included plugins: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ . Additionally, please clear the cache of your browser and check again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the problem.

    1/ Have you tried to disable all 3rd party plugins and check how it works then? Please do this and let us know the result.
