Error in the links when we translate from English to Arabic

Hi
when we work to translate from English to arabic we found error in some link like
linke shop in the english work well
https://citysoftshop.com/shop/
but in arabic not work
https://citysoftshop.com/%d8%a7%d9%84%d9%85%d8%aa%d8%ac%d8%b1/?lang=ar

also link my orders work in english well but in arabic not work
https://citysoftshop.com/%d8%b7%d9%84%d8%a8%d8%a7%d8%aa%d9%8a/?lang=ar
please resolve it and thanks
