You cannot choose shipping options anywhere. It does not allow you to select the free shipping option, local pickup, fixed price.
Xstore version 9.2.5
Woocomerce Version 8.4.0
Elementor version 3.18.3
Hello, @LVRB Love’s Rebel,
Thank you for contacting us and for using XStore.
WooCommerce won’t show shipping methods on the checkout page if the shipping address falls into a shipping zone that doesn’t have any shipping method assigned.
Configuring the shipping zones correctly is one of the first things you need to do when you start an ecommerce store with WooCommerce.
When you create a shipping zone, you need to
Give a name to the shipping zone
Choose regions (continents/countries/states) and
Add a shipping method for the zone
If you don’t add at least one shipping method to any one of the shipping zones, WooCommerce will show the “there are no shipping methods available” error message to the customer when they choose a shipping address in this shipping zone.
Please read the following articles:

We hope this helps.

Hello, thanks for answering.
The problem was not that I had not created the shipping zones or the shipping methods, the problem was that it did not let me create them because it got stuck at step 1: choose shipping method, but I could not advance to the next step because the button It was still gray (not clickable).
In another message they told me that in WooCommerce, the products, inventory option, I had to activate out-of-stock products to be hidden.
Today I logged in and I can assign shipping zones and methods, but I have a question as to why that happened so I can solve it if it happens again.
Greetings
Hello, @LVRB Love’s Rebel,
Thank you for bringing this to my attention. We are glad to hear that you were able to resolve the issue and can now assign shipping zones and methods. Regarding your question about why it happened, it seems that the problem might have been related to the option to hide out-of-stock products in WooCommerce.
It’s possible that the inability to proceed past step 1 was linked to products being marked as out-of-stock. By activating the option to hide out-of-stock products, you may have resolved the issue by ensuring that all products in your inventory were in stock.
If you encounter a similar situation in the future, We recommend checking the product inventory settings again and ensuring that your products are marked as in stock. Additionally, clearing your browser cache or trying a different browser can sometimes help with interface issues.
If you have any more questions or if the issue persists, feel free to let me know, and We’ll do my best to assist you.
Best Regards,
The 8Theme Team
