Error in wp-content/themes/xstore/framework/patcher.php on line 53

We’ve been repeatedly seeing this error popup on numerous sites which we have xstore licenses running on. We have been manually going in and fixing the broken code.

When will you be updating the theme files at themeforest with a fix for this? We just downloaded the latest version themeforest and it still is version 9.0.5 HOWEVER your change log at https://xstore.8theme.com/update-history/ says version 9.1 is the latest version, BUT the date on the changelog is APRIL 4, 2023, 4 days from today.

Is this issue FIXED in version 9.1 ??

There are several people on the forums raising the same issue with wp-content/themes/xstore/framework/patcher.php on line 53
