Hi, so my customer recently bought some flowers on the site. However, he received an error after submitting the payment details. He ended up paying for it 3 times because there was no ‘success page’ or ‘order successful’ page.
I’m not sure whether its the update or not… but I need to sort this issue out urgently as customers will not receive a confirmation page or email..
I tried my best to see the problem but unfortunately it does not work.

Could you, please, provide us with video of the issue for a better understanding? Do you have the mentioned issue if the storefront theme is enabled?

I think I have same issue – after click on ‘buy and pay’ in second checkout step I don’t get any success page only some error BUT the order is done – now I have many orders from same clients with same items, amount etc., because they think order was finally not made..

1) Create video of the issue using Recodit tool to allow us to understand all the steps that you do to reproduce the issue from our side.
2) Go to Appearance > Themes > install and temporarily activate the Storefront theme (default WooCommerce theme). Do you have the same issue when you proceed to checkout with the default theme?

It means the problem is independent of theme, so contact support of plugin from which the error comes.

Hmmm.. I switched off some plugins, but still have same problem..
Opera DevTool show the source straight from WooCommerce, not from a specific plugin:
And get:
Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 ()

Hello, i have the same problem too, i just tried your website and i get internal server error as well as my website
i tried to deactivate some of the plugins related to woocommerce and still get the same!!!!
THIS IS A BIG PROBLEM !!!

In this case, contact support of WooCommerce plugin. As you already checked, the issue is independent of our theme. Sorry, but we are able to help in situations that are related to the functionality of our product only.

Did you try to edit et-core-plugin/packages/woocommerce-email-template-customizer/includes/email-render.php file and then find
public function remove_wc_style() {
__return_empty_string();
}
replace by
public function remove_wc_style() {
return '';
}
Do you have the error with the emails after that?

Yes, I tried this after get advise from wordpress.org forum to check another 8theme topic under:

And after test all shipping and payment methods everything is fine..
