Hello, after the installation of the xstore theme I have some error messages on my website.

Warning: Illegal string offset ‘data-row-id’ in /home ….. /wp-content/plugins/mpc-massive/shortcodes/mpc_row/mpc_row.php on line 181

Please, can you have a look to it?

I tried to fix it, but can´t find the way to do it. 🙁

Hi,

It seems you have some issue with Massive Addon plugin.
Deactivate the Massive AddOn plugin and check

what is you Massive AddOn vesion?
are you using any third party plugins ?

thanks for your help and now it looks better. 🙂

I have a complete fresh installation of WP and not installed any other plugins, only this with your theme installation.

The plugin massive addons is with version 2.2.

But still I have some texts on my website which are not in the right format. 🙁

And I have more of such texts, you can see it on my website.

I noticed that I have not the main menu on my homepage. There is written only “HOME Corporate”, nothing more of a menu.

Hello,

1) You see that message because you are using PHP 7.1.9 but Massive Addons plugin does not fully support 7.1 https://codecanyon.net/item/massive-addons-for-visual-composer/14429839/comments?page=67&filter=all#comment_17432871 Author plan to release the new update but he has not released yet.
Either downgrade PHP version or disable Massive Addons plugin.

2) Go to Appearance > Menus and compose your menu.

I have downgraded my PHP version and the issue with the text is solved! 🙂 Thank you!

For my question to the missing menu, I have to ask you, can it be that I needed to import some demo data?

On your website you have the menu with some nice page content like services, certificates, team, blog, contact us. Here the link to your example: https://www.8theme.com/demo/xstore/corporate/services/

I like to have the same like you! 😉 This helps me to start with the beginning of configuration for your theme.

How is that possible to have a same look?

Hello,

Please go to 8Theme Options > Import / Export > Dummy content > Import additional pages > select page that you need and click import button.
Feel free to ask if you have any other questions.

I tried to make a new ticket or to write a new topic in your forum.

But after one hour to try this and to search for it, I am giving up. 🙁

So I write you here a new issue.

I have done the update of the theme and now I can see on my website only the slider and the foot, but not the rest of the website.

Please, how it is possible to fix that?

Seems there is a conflict of VC and Massive Addons plugins.
As a temporary solution, you may disable animation for elements http://prntscr.com/gu1zeg

How it´s possible to fix this problem after the last update?

This is on the corporate demo, which I use too.

The blog content looks perfectly and I really like to use that too. 🙂

In 8theme Options it seems not to be in the Import feature.

How I can have this blog page, please?

It is really a hard work to change all how I need it. I don´t know what I should do at first and I haven´t time for that. :-(((

Cool, thanks for your help! 😉
Step by step it goes ahead.
On my website you can see under the slider “Basic Plan 19 $” with “READ MORE”
Here it shows the currency Dollar, but I have changed the currency in woocommerce to Euro.
Where I can change that to Euro? Before this product had a relation to your website cart, possible this is the problem???

Other question, the product boxes with this different colours and the text for example “Basic Marketing Plan”, how I can have more boxes with more different colours and other texts? Is that possible to do with your theme or with woocommerce?

2) Duplicate the elements and change the colors and content http://prntscr.com/gw579f . Create individual products for the every plan. Or maybe I don’t understand your questions?

A other $ character I have on my website at the end of the page “Home”. I think I cannot send you a screenshot here, to show it to you.

This is the “Basic Plan 19 Ultimate Features ….”, you will find it on the menu in “Home” at the end of my website. Here I cannot find the way to change the currency into €. In the css code I can´t find it.

Sorry, to the previous question I wanted to ask you about the product image. On my website you see in “Home” the “Basic Plan 19 € Lorem ipsum…..”. If you click on it “Read More” you can see the orange product picture with the text “Basic Plan Marketing Plans”.

For the different plans I have different product pictures with different colours. How I can create such pictures with further colours and with different texts?

Is that possible with your theme or with woocommerce, or how is that possible to create such product images with texts?
