Error Occured Using XStore and Elementor Together

I bought XStore theme from envatomarket and i installed my theme properly. I tried to customize my theme with elementor but the page does not response. I also increase the PHP memory limit but nothing changed. I can’t use elementor when both plugins elementor and Xstore were active.

Could you please provide temporary wp-admin access? We need to check your settings.

To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

Please downgrade PHP version to 8.1 and fix the memory error https://prnt.sc/33pylXhIB_Ll (your hosting provider can do this for you).
