We tried to update the xstore theme and get the error message

Your provided access is not valid as you can see in the image: https://postimg.cc/0MyZwvrR I am not able to login to cPanel because of it and the admin dashboard of WordPress already showing an error you know about it. Please share valid access to your cPanel so that I will check and find the cause of it.

Thanks for the valid access to your site cPanel I have checked and solved your issue. The issue came because of the PHP version I update it to the standard version 7.4 you were using the old one 7.2.
