Error on IOS devices when trying to add to cart variable product

After upgrading royal theme to the latest version we realized that customers cannot add to cart variable product through iphone or ipads (even with chrome).
The error they get is
“Please select some product options before adding this product to cart.”

any clues ?

Please check on other devices. Does it persist on Android?

Hello Eva.

On android and pc works like a charm. The problem is on devices with IOS. I have an ipad next to my pc and cannot add a variation of a product to cart.

Hello,

The problem is caused by 3rd-party plugin – WooMedia WooCommerce Rewards. I have disabled it and don’t see the problem anymore.

I am so grateful for your help. I changed the plugin and everything is back to normal rearding that issue.
