    Hello,

    Please try to update plugins via FTP just replace the folder with new update in wp-content/plugins/
    Also your credentials to FTP aren’t correct.

    Hello,

    Please use this Products element: http://storage4.static.itmages.com/i/15/0622/h_1434969736_9464237_ad090da642.png instead of WooProducts and set Limit to “12” to show only 12 products.

    Eva Kemp.

    Hello,

    This is Woocommerce element and if you want to show only 12 products with WooProducts element you need select what products to display in the element settings, but if you use this Products element http://storage4.static.itmages.com/i/15/0622/h_1434969736_9464237_ad090da642.png you can set Limit how many products to show.

    ok indeed I included this shortcode is useful because the random but if I post the list of products is not worth more than the random … you can not enter a code for this type shortcode
    $ args = array (
    ‘orderby’ => ‘rand’,
    ‘posts_per_page’ => ‘1’,

    );

    thank’s
    Regards

    Hello,

    The problem was related to plugin “IgniteUp”. I’ve disabled it, check Icon Box element now.
