I tryed twice but it make a fatal error and crash my website.
Here is the error :
PHP Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required ‘/nas/content/live/achatsgroupe/wp-content/themes/xstore/framework/thirdparty/options-framework/extensions/fonts_uploader/extension_fonts_uploader.php’ (include_path=’.:/usr/share/php’) in /nas/content/live/achatsgroupe/wp-content/themes/xstore/framework/thirdparty/options-framework/loader.php on line 22,
Thank you
Hi,
1. Can you give us the steps to recreate the issue, I tried to add the product to the cart it gives all sorts of error. It seems the woocommerce error not the theme’s fault, try switching the theme to storefront woocommerce default theme and do the same, if that shows the same error then, we need to do something like this, https://mikejolley.com/2013/12/20/problems-with-cart-sessions-and-woocommerce/ or this https://businessbloomer.com/woocommerce-solving-cart-empty-issue/
2. Can you try update all the free plugins including redux framework to latest version, then try to install the latest version of the theme? If that fails, Can you pass us the FTP login details too, I will update that for you.
Let us know,
Thanks,
laranz.

Maybe it will work when the theme and Woocommerce will be up to date.
But i can’t update the theme (2-)
So i send you sftp access as private content so you can update the theme
Thanks for your help,
Nicolas
Hello,
Make sure that you provided correct FTP information because we can’t connect to your FTP
Error: Connection timed out after 20 seconds of inactivity
Error: Could not connect to server
Do you have any limits for users from other countries?
Regards
As i told you it’s not ftp but SFTP.
Be sure to choose SFTP protocol in Filezilla (port 2222)
Hi,
I updated the Woocommerce and the theme to its latest version, can you try clearing the browser cache, server side cache, and if you you’re using any cache plugin, clear all the cache, and check again.
If still it shows the error, then try stroefront theme woocommerce default theme, and check the issue is there too. In that case, some server settings needs to tweak, you can contact your hosting team when that happens.
Let us know,
Thanks,
laranz.
Have you tried to buy something as a guest ? So You can see the problem.
I still doesn”t work.
Could you please check what needed and try to fix it and test it ?
Thank you
Hello,
I suppose it’s because the cache that you have on your site. I have check your site with Storefront theme and the same result http://prntscr.com/g6cdyk So, it’s not our theme issue.
Regards
