Hello,
I’m getting the following error when I try to update the WooPress Core plugin:
Update Failed: The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature
Thanks in advance for your help resolving this issue!

Hello,
This error appears as a rule if you are trying to update plugin on other domain than where you activated theme. Did you move your site to different domain? Provide us with WP Dashboard access to check and help you.

Yes, we have a production version and a staging version to assure updates work before we push them live.
Hello,
I see. In that case, to update core on the staging site go to Plugins > disable and remove core plugin and install it again (Plugins > Add new > Upload) using WooPress core archive from the Downloads area of your account https://www.8theme.com/downloads

Trying to update Theme on staging server and now getting this error:

Hello,

Do you have the problem with the WooCommerce Dashboard when a default theme (Storefront) is enabled on the site?
Regards
Sorry … the credentials should work now.
No, the problem does not exist with TwentyTwenty theme.
Hello,
Please describe the problem with the WooCommerce Dashboard in more detail with screenshots. It works fine, at first sight, so we need more information.
P.S. I have asked you to check with the Storefront theme because it is default theme of WooCommerce. Questions that can be related to WC should be checked with this theme.

When we log in to the backend, the WooCommerce Dashboard is completely blank. The Top and Left Sidebar menus appear, but none of the actual Dashboard content is visible. The page is completely blank (see screenshot).
Hello,
Thanks for the screenshot.
We do not see this problem in Chrome – http://prntscr.com/r5ka8g http://prntscr.com/r5kal8
Try to clear browser cache and disable additional extensions of browsers, then check one more time + try to check from another device.
Regards
As I mentioned, we tried in Chrome and Safari with the same results. Running 2019 MacBook Pro with Catalina 10.15.3. Also tried FF this morning with the same result. Page is completely blank in all browsers running Incognito or Privacy.
Hello,
It is strange because we do not see this problem in your WooCommerce dashboard. Try to log in to the site using the credentials you provided for our team.
Have you cleared the cache of the Chrome browser? Please check if there is an error in your browser console on the WC dashboard page (in Chrome – right click and select Inspect https://prnt.sc/r6eg9k )
Let us know.

Hello,
We updated the WooPress Core plugin on our production site and having the same problem … nothing displays on the WooCommerce Dashboard after the update.
We’ve tested on multiple admin accounts and still see the same thing. When we deactivate the WooCore Plugin, the WooCommerce Dashboard appears normally.
Thanks for your help!
Hello,
Point is that we don’t have the mentioned issue while visiting your site https://gyazo.com/d39a3326771484bbdfebd32559b4526a
Also, we can see the notification from WooComemrce that you are using an outdated version of WooCommerce admin http://prntscr.com/rkkwde
Did you try to check the Dashboard using another PC or another browser?
Regards
That did the trick. Thank you again for all your help with this! Stay safe.
You’re welcome!
